PROCESS FOR CENTERS

The certification process for centers works as follows:

• Once all center team members are accredited, the center is eligible to receive their Certificate of Service.
• Upon receipt of the Certificate of Service, the center is rated on a global basis based on the center's available amenities and the fact that the team members have all received accreditation.
• The rating system will consist of a One Star to a Five Star rating, with 5 stars awarded to a superior center in which all team members are accredited.
