e-learning is user-friendly, instructor-led, live training delivered via the internet and telephone in concise 30-60 minute sessions.

e-Learning classes are typically 30-60 minutes in length, covering timely and relevant business center and industry related topics in an interactive format.

How do the learners benefit from e-Learning?
Since the learners are not required to leave their centers, center coverage is not an issue. There is minimum disruption and all courses are moderately priced.

How do I register for an e-Learning course?
Simply pick a course from the Academy Course Catalog, etc.

What sort of connections or equipment do I need in order to attend?
Learners need access to a computer, a speaker telephone, and a high speed internet connection.
