Violence, including verbal or physical assaults erupting from face-to-face contact and occurring within work-environments between employees, co-workers, customers, clients and/or vendors, or violence which stems from stalkers, spouses or mates continues to grow in frequency.Often times because regular work routines provide the perfect opportunity to confront or harm another, how to identify potential risks, respond to actual violence, and avoid future violence should be a consideration of every proactive supervisor.This course prepares participants with a clear overview of what obligations, duties and rights an employer has to take certain actions to maintain a safe and violence-free workplace.
