Process for Team Members
The accreditation program for team members works as follows:
- Center team members receive a Certificate of Completion for each of the training courses required for their specific position.
- Upon completion of all required courses, the team member receives accreditation for completion of the Academy program.
- The team member's accreditation then drives the center's Certificate of Service, which ensures that a high level of service standards has been met.
The center certification will then activate the center's ability to be rated on a uniform basis among other centers on a global basis.
